I had no idea what to make today, but it ended up being quite good.
Today I made Rice and Veggies with Sweet and Sour Sauce + Vegan Nuggets.
Here’s what I use:
100g of Rice
300g of Mixed Veggies
100ml of the Sweet and Sour Sauce (Store bought)
150g of Vegan Nuggets
Cook the Rice.
Fry the veggies.
Add the cooked rice to the pan with the sweet and sour sauce.
Fry the Nugget on another pan.
I somehow hit 1000 calories exactly xD
