Hey Foodies! I will try and eat way more Whole Food Plant Based in the coming future. My diet or everything I have been eating have not be up to standard. Its not bad-bad, but I have consumed too many calories and sweets for my liking lately.
So starting today. I will try and eat better :D
P.s I am not sure the MANGO CHILI DRESSING is Whole Food xD
