Paneer Kofta & Butter Naan at Home

It's been some time, we have not cooked something special. Being Sunday which is just like any other day but since we are at home I tried to utilize it by preparing Paneer Kofta and Butter Naan at home.

For paneer kofta, we first have created a ball of potato filled with paneer and deep-fried it.

Then we have created a gravy of onion and tomato with all the spices.

And then added the gravy to the deep-fried ball to create Paneer Kofta, hence the name

After that, we have made Naan, where we have used normal Tawa at home which is more than enough to create tasty Naan at home.

Added some Butter and Coriander leaves at the top

And served both together :

The recipe which we have referred to is, though we have given our own touch based on the available ingredients.

I am sure it does! I had to look up a couple of the spices. I didn't know jeera, but I read that in English we call it cumin and I have that in my pantry.

Yes it's an Indian food, you should try just that you can make it without much of the spices.
