My favourite Apple Pie

You need: 1 kg apple, 7 dl white wine, 2 pack vanilla pudding, 2 teaspoons maizena, 60-80 gr sugar, 4 dl cream.
Shortcrust: 120 gr butter, 125 gr sugar, 250 gr flour, 1 egg, 1 pack vanilla sugar, ½ Pack baking powder.

Bake in the preheated oven 180° in the middle of about ½ hour. Leave in the mould overnight.
