My Healthy Breakfast 🍳

How are you all?
I hope you are all doing well and happy together with your friends loved ones and family❤

Just arrived here at the office for a graveyard work shift schedule 4 AM to 12-Noon today..and while waiting for the meeting to start..got the chance to post my first article for today..it is going to be a busy Wednesday for me today..after work I am going to visit the orphanage that I am supporting for some event ..then proceed to visit my Mom at the hospital.

So I need to start my day with a healthy breakfast. I had eaten my breakfast at the pantry earlier before I went here to the office.

So I have Creamy Tuna meat with a vegetable side dish. I tried this because I want to cook this at home and I think I should add a little more ingredients here hehhe but it tasted good but I'm not that satisfied...

And as you can see..there is a dessert it was a choco-mango pie..and I loved the taste not so sweet..not so oily.. just good.

Then I also have here the Vegetable and Cheese Omelet..and I truly enjoyed it I guess they add some milk or buttermilk that it was perfect for my taste..the most important thing was its healthy dish.

Then the plain rice heheheh I am not satisfied without the rice on my meals.

It was a heavy breakfast because I missed having my dinner last night I was not in the mood after I received not-so-good news about my Mom's condition..so I just calmed down myself and dozed to sleep for few hours
But it's not advisable to sleep without taking a proper dinner. it's so bad for the health. Im is just stubborn and moody sometimes to get my mood affects my food intake

Here are some other breakfast suggestions. I prepared and cooked
it before. These are very simple but so healthy and delicious.

Here is the plate of butter-fried rice, Sunny-side up egg, and a butter steamed ground beef with onions and fresh tomatoes too..a very healthy one complete with protein, dairy and carbohydrates too..but the amount of fried rice should not be much if the viands are more than enough.

Of course, Vegetables should not be missed for a healthy diet it has steamed prawns too. All these are very easy to prepare and truly satisfying!

Cheese and vegetable omelet yum
Although I am not a rice lover yes I enjoy boiled rice along with sugar and milk hehe it's my dish😉
