Hello Hivers, I hope you are well, on this beautiful day I share with you the preparation of a simple and delicious Bolognese sauce in my style with the ingredients I had on hand, this is a sauce that facilitates our work in the kitchen since we can keep it in the freezer for those days when we don't have much time for the culinary arts. This sauce is used to prepare lasagna, potatoes, cupcakes and much more.
½ kg de carne molida
1 cebolla grande
1 lata de 400 gm de tomates pelados
3 dientes de ajo
1 cucharada de mantequilla
Hojitas de albahaca
1 cucharadita de azúcar
Sal y pimienta al gusto
½ kg of ground beef
1 large onion
1 can of 400 gm of peeled tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Paso a paso / Step by step
🍲 In a very hot pan, add the oil, the tablespoon of butter and then the onion, chopped into small squares and the crushed garlic.
🍲 When the onion turned transparent I added the ground beef, stirred it with a spoon to combine the ingredients and let the meat sauté a bit.
🍲 This time I used canned tomatoes since I did not have natural at home, I blended them and then added them to the pan, added salt, pepper and a teaspoon of sugar, if you have red wine at home you can add a splash to give it a special touch.
🍲 Then I let the sauce cook for about 15 minutes over medium low heat.
🍲 After I turned off the stove, I added the basil leaves chopped with my hands, this herb has an aroma and flavor that we really love at home and the whole family enjoys, with which I also usually prepare infusions.
