Compré unos ajíes que deberían ser dulces, pero de duce solo tienen el nombre porque están bastante picantes, pero dan una sazón muy buena, así que no dudé en agregárselos al pescado que tenía planificado preparar hoy para el almuerzo.

🐟Para esta preparación compre un pescado que en mi pueblo se conoce como palagar, por lo general en el mercado se consigue de gran tamaño, pero lo podemos comprar por kilo y pedirle al amigo de la pescadería que lo corte por rueda o en filetes, yo compré una gran rueda para luego cortarla en cubos medianos, también le retiré la piel y las espinas, luego le coloqué un poquito de paprika, el ajo machacado y un chorrito de aceite onotado.
