En este hermoso día les comparto la elaboración de unas deliciosas albóndigas de carne en salsa de tomate, las cuales puedes acompañar con arroz, pasta, también son ideales para prepararte un suculento emparedado, es una receta muy práctica que la podrás conservar en el congelador para esos días que no tengas mucho tiempo para cocinar.
On this beautiful day I share with you the preparation of delicious meatballs in tomato sauce, which you can accompany with rice, pasta, they are also ideal to prepare a succulent sandwich, it is a very practical recipe that you can keep in the freezer for those days you don't have much time to cook.
Now let's get to the pots!
Ingredientes:
½ kg de carne molida
750 ml de jugo de tomate
1cucharadita de orégano seco
1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
1 cucharadita de comino en polvo
1 cebolla mediana
1 huevo
Hojas de perejil
½ taza de pan rallado
Sal y pimienta negra recién molida
Aceite cantidad necesaria
Ingredients:
½ kg of ground beef
750 ml tomato juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 medium onion
1 egg
Parsley leaves
½ cup breadcrumbs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Oil quantity required
🍲 Colocamos en un bol la carne y le agregamos el orégano, el ajo, el comino, el huevo, el pan rallado y salpimentamos, luego amasamos muy bien para integrar todos los ingredientes.
🍲 We put the meat in a bowl and add the oregano, garlic, cumin, egg, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper, then knead very well to integrate all the ingredients.
🍲 Formamos las bolitas de carne con las manos del tamaño deseado.
🍲 We form the meat balls with the hands of the desired size.
🍲 Picamos la cebolla en cuadritos pequeños, también la puedes licuar con el jugo de tomate.
🍲 We chop the onion into small squares, you can also blend it with the tomato juice.
🍲 En un sartén con aceite caliente sofreímos la cebolla y luego le agregamos las albóndigas para que se sellen.
🍲 In a frying pan with hot oil, fry the onion and then add the meatballs to seal them.
🍲 Cuando las albóndigas estén selladas le agregamos el jugo de tomate, tapamos el sartén y la dejamos que se cocinen a fuego lento por aproximadamente 20 minutos.
🍲 When the meatballs are sealed we add the tomato juice, cover the pan and let it simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
🍲 Luego de transcurridos los 20 minutos le agregamos el perejil picado chiquitico y apagamos la hornilla.
🍲 After 20 minutes have elapsed we add the minced parsley and turn off the stove.
Serve and enjoy!
Very delicious with rice and carrot salad, the family was happy and satisfied.
