Fasting might not be a money maker for the government, industries, it sure saves money on food and medical bills for us fasters ;>)

I started doing intermittent fasting after reading a book called The Circadian Code in October 2018. I did not necessarily go for a 16 hr fast but a minimum of 12 and usually about 14 hours. I stuck with it for 8 months and since then I guess I stuck with it on most days ( now I think of it ). I love the fact it allows me to still eat quite a lot, as I have a fast metabolism ( 1.84 and 70kgs ) and I often feel hungry. It also made me develop a daily routine, something that I had been lacking for many, many years.

I also managed to get rid of my coffee addiction recently ( down to a cup a week ) and don't remember the last time I took any medication.

Thanks for sharing this with the world. We can surely heal ourselves!
