วันนี้ฉันทำอะไรเพื่อสุขภาพที่ดี
Hello to you all. Today I am walking in the morning with my daughters and I exercised in the evening. Everyday rain a lot here it does the natural very great.
The rain makes natural so beautiful green color. I pick pennywort or to gotu kola near my house and I made juice from it for our family health. I already drink it one weekend.
Yesterday I post about recipe make pennywort juice. I didn’t know its name in English. I learn about it in the translation Khmer to English so translation tells me it pennywort.
I don’t know it right or not right. I sign in YouTube write name pennywort it’s right. Then I post recipe make pennywort juice then have two person tell me, it name it’s Gotu Kola.
Thank they very much for tell me and I’m sorry everyone about that but not wrong. Now I know its names are two others.

Gado gado Indonesia food
I done everything for my family. I made vegan gado gado salad for lunch today. I pick some vegetables in my landlord garden.
She grows the vegetables by herself. When I have free, I grow up tomatoes and I help my landlord grow up the other vegetables, I take water to vegetables when there not rain.

I want to have time go outside together some time. I really miss the world outside. I have ideas to post about vegan food recipe more.
I want to go back the Cambodia some day. I miss my Khmer family. I want to see my husband's family in the USA.

Green vegetable. I like all vegetable very much my because of it is helps us to improve and strong our body health and mind. To be gate healthy life everyone need some green vegetable. That you posted

Well i suppose Thai would be a little easier for you if you already speak Khmer for us foreigners it would be more difficult 😊
Yes, you are right. But the Thai language easy to learn more than English because it really Khmer language😊

There will always be words we don't know how to translate, no matter how well we know a language. I wouldn't worry too much about that. That's a very normal mistake. 🤗
