วันนี้ฉันทำอะไรเพื่อสุขภาพที่ดี
Hello everybody from Suriname. Today I am working a lot. In the morning I go to the market, I buy vegetables a lot. 🥦🥒🍆🧅🥬🧄🥭🥕🌶🥔🍅🍌
I put everything inside the bags market because I love the world 🌍
I want to change some people take everything inside bags natural, do it for the world it’s for ourselves in future also.
Please think about plastic together 😊🙏🏻

👩🍳🧙♀️ What I Did For My Family Today 🤸♀️👷♀️
วันนี้ฉันทำอะไรเพื่อครอบครัวของฉัน
I made fried vada peanut with beans and I made salad papaya with cucumber, carrot for lunch today.
I clean my house. I teaching my daughters. I made my post in hive and esteem also.
Too very busy, I can’t relax today but I am happy to do it for my family 😊
ฉันทำวาดาทอดถั่วลิสงกับถั่วและฉันก็ทำสลัดมะละกอกับแตงกวาและแครอท
สำหรับกลางวันนี้ ฉันทำความสะอาดบ้าน ฉันสอนลูกสาวของฉัน ฉันทำโพสต์ของฉันใน Hive และ esteem ด้วย
วันนี้ยุ่งมากฉันไม่สามารถผ่อนคลายได้ในวันนี้ แต่ฉันมีความสุขที่ได้ทำเพื่อครอบครัวของฉัน 😊

I have already made to post recipe vegan food first this week. I have a lot of recipe vegan but I don’t know what I will do first.
Now I have four recipes already. Everyone can comment in my post, which one do you like. I will select the first person.
1- Fried vada peanut with beans
2- Lok lak temple with pepper sauce
3- Balado eggplant, tofu, temple
4- Salad papaya, cucumber, carrot.
If not have people select, I’ll select myself to post first this week 😉😂

ฉันมีสูตรอาหารมังสวิรัติมากมาย แต่ฉันไม่รู้ว่าฉันจะทำอะไรก่อน
ตอนนี้ฉันมีสี่สูตรแล้ว ทุกคนสามารถแสดงความคิดเห็นในโพสต์ของฉันอันไหนคุณชอบ ฉันจะเลือกคนแรก

My vote is for the Lok Lak recipe - and my second choice the Balado. YUM. Very much looking forward to that when you are able.
It made me SMILE to see the Zonnebloem Markt - you might as well be in Holland!!! My Dutch self felt happy for a moment. 😊

It's so close to the German Sonnenblum, which caught my eye too! then Markt is the same in German. I was wondering if it was Dutch and you've confirmed it.
I don't really know enough about the suggested foods to know what they are, so I'll be a cautious Brit and choose the salad! 😆
