Simply I see a small than more like this 10 - 16 srd. Our family like avocado very much but here expensive so I never buy it.

Avocado Cake Vegan Recipe
Raw Crust Ingredients
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup dates
Cake Body Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 coconut oil
- 1/2 big avocado or 1 small
- 1/3 cup brown sugar or to taste
- 1/2 big lime or 1 small
- mint a little
I normally use cashews but I not have it now, I used oat 50% and peanuts 50%. If you have cashews use it, it’s more delicious.
Step 1Grind peanuts and dates.
Step 2After put it in the box and do it like this.
Step 3Then cut avocado put in machine put all ingredients blend it very well.
Step 4Looks like this.
Step 5Then pour it on the peanut/date crust and even it.
Step 6Cut dates arrange on cake or not as you like.
Step 7Keep it in freezer until hard.

Now I can cut avocado cake.

I am with my husband eaten it 11:00pm. I think, I cut and I took pictures for post in the morning but I am too late for @Qurator Hive Top Chef.
But when I took pictures of it made me hungry. Normally I never eat something at night.
I know this recipe from my husband but when I know it myself, I make it a lot. I like to make it when birthday my family and I made it for sell also when we live in Cambodia.
My two daughters say, hum...yummy mom😂. This is all the chefs want to hear.
