I am just drooling. What I wouldn't give to have this right now. When I was in Asia I saw larb on the menus everywhere and didn't know what it was. I should have ordered it. Your dishes look amazing and delicious dear @sreypov!
Oh why you not order it? Itβs delicious! You can try to make by yourself. Thanks for appreciation my friend.π
I will try to make it thanks to you I have a recipe.π
In my country, we like to cook young watermelons. I ate watermelons with rice put a little salt not have special but all people my country like to eat watermelon with fish a lot. Thank you very much for you like my recipe vegan food. I like your recipe also.
Thank you too!
I am sorry my friend, I wanted to reply to your post but I reply in my post. I am crazy sometimes π. My English is so bad, maybe sometimes you don't understand me.
I knew that anyway I totally get it don't worry dear @sreypov!π
Oh very nice! I've never seen larb made with strips through. Is that so you can cook the tofu?
Traditionally larb is always crumbled right? You ever make it from raw tofu (or tempeh for those of us who don't eat soy) just crumbled? That's how I've seen it done in the vegan restaurants in Chiang Mai.
Mushroom larb has become a big fav, but we use a lot more greens.
I love the toasted rice powder and have been making my own from black rice for larb. YUM.
I never make it raw, I made it never crumbled because I fry it then cut it small. I was made it from tempeh also but with tofu than more yum. When I in Cambodia I made larb from mushrooms more. Thank you very much π. I am sorry if I write wrong because I can't understand all.
Another delicious dish! I can see why the family enjoys it. :)
Yeah, thank you very much ππ.
I was in Cambodia last October and my colleagues brought me to a famous Khmer restaurant. We were served very interesting dishes but I didn't try this dish that you've just shared. I'll be sure to ask for it next time I visit Cambodia again
Wow, you visited in my country! Iβm so glad and thank you very much for you will to visit again and thank you for your comment and visited my post ππ»π. Have a great day.π
You make such a delicious and beautiful food my Dear! I think you should open a restaurant ππΏπ
@sreypovβs Larb Tofu is one of my top 5 favorite dishes. We used to have a restaurant in Cambodia, and we both a culinary background. Unfortunately it wonβt be wise to open a restaurant in this economy for the next several years.
Thank you very much @lenasveganliving for your the support my larb vegan recipe ππ€ and your appreciation.
