[ESP/ENGL] Octubre 2020 en mi solar // October 2020 in my back garden

¡Hola otra vez! Hoy regreso nuevamente, aceptando la invitación mensual de @simplymike para que publiquemos fotos actualizadas de nuestros espacios verdes, así que les voy a mostrar como estuvo mi solar en el mes de Octubre 2020. Gracias a que aún han caído lluvias dispersas, los cerezos están volviendo a cargar, y las matas de topocho también. De hecho, tenía 4 bellotas, pero 3 nacieron de plantas infectadas con cochinilla algodonosa (Planococcus citri), así que eliminé dos y dejé una, y esto lo hice debido a que tenían muy poco frutos, escasamente 3 manos por bellota. La cuarta bellota nació de una planta sana y ha sido muy fructífera, ya que tiene 9 manos o racimos de topochos. A continuación les muestro las fotos, de las bellotas que ya cargaron y dos bellotas nuevas de cambur manzano ¡delicioso! y otra de topochos.

Hello again! Today I return again, accepting the monthly invitation of @simplymike for us to publish updated photos of our green spaces, so I'm going to show you how my site was in the month of October 2020. Thanks to scattered rains, the cherry trees are reloading, and so are the bananas bushes. I actually had 4 acorns, but 3 were born from plants infected with cottony mealybug (Planococcus citri), so I removed two and left one, and I did this because they had very little fruit, barely 3 hands per acorn. The fourth acorn was born from a healthy plant and has been very fruitful, since it has 9 hands or bunches of bananas. Below I show you the photos of the acorns that have already been loaded and two new acorns: One from apple tree banana, delicious! and another of topochos.

This is the acorn of the apple banana plant. As you can see the plant is much taller than the topocho and it also takes longer to load.
And this last one was the one that was just born from another topocho plant, I hope it is large and very productive.

Me encanta tu solar, tienes muchisimas variedades de plantas, ¿Cual es el tamaño de ese espacio?... Está bueno para hacer un sancocho jajajaja
Gracias por pasar por aquí a leer y comentar. Mi solar mide aproximadamente 350-400 mts2, es más o menos grandecito, y tengo mucha variedad de plantas porque creo que así son más productivas, llegan más pajaritos, abejas, mariposas y tengo más opciones alimenticias. No me canso de publicarlo porque para mí es mágico, cada día veo cosas nuevas y aprendo más de la Madre Tierra, de la Madre Naturaleza. Cuando pase la pandemia estás invitado a comernos un sancocho con arepas o casabe en mi solar, yo tengo bastante leña para cocinarlo y así queda delicioso, y nos podemos sentar debajo de la mata de cerezas. De qué te gusta el sancocho, ¿de lagarto o costillas, o quizás un cruzao? Un gran abrazote.
En realidad puedo comer cualquier cosa jajaja, lo importante es la compañía y el momento. <3

At least here, which is very very warm all year round, I have harvested in about 4-5 months, but the tubers are small or medium, I have never let it grow longer. This plant that I show is 7 months old that I sowed it and right now it is blooming, I wanted to leave it more time to see if it bloomed and it did. As I have been told, after the flower withers I can harvest. I hope the tubers are bigger this time. What I did realize is that you have to keep it in a place where the sun does not hit it directly. Por lo menos aquí, que es muy muy cálido todo el año, yo he cosechado en aproximadamente 4-5 meses, pero los tubérculos son pequeños o medianos, nunca la había dejado crecer más tiempo. Esta planta que muestro tiene 7 meses que la sembré y ahorita es que florece, la quise dejar más tiempo para ver si florecía y lo hizo. Según me han dicho, luego de que la flor marchite puedo cosechar. Espero que esta vez los tubérculos sean más grandes. Lo que sí me dí cuenta, es que hay que tenerla en un sitio en donde el sol no le pegue directamente. Gracias por pasar a ver mi solar. Un abrazote.

Que bueno que pasaste @actiocats, a leer, votar y comentar. Sí, la madre del Sr. Morrocoy es igual de comelona que él, así que tuve que resguardarlas de todos ellos. Te diré que hoy abrió la bellota del cambur manzano, y afortunadamente tiene buen aspecto. Las dos primeras bellota sque cargaron estas matas, parecían los cambures de Barbie, chiquiticos, igualito me los comí; pero estos tienen un tamaño adecuado. Un gran abrazo.
