Oh wow that is impressive! I've never made my own noodles before. Damn, I think you are the number 1 person I have bookmarked!!!!!! I just put peanuts on my shopping list. Last night I made that pepper curry @justinparke posted about, although I adapted it a bit - ie I didn't have peppers hahah and used roasted eggplant instead. But sometimes you have to make do with the ingredients you have, as you know! Hope you are well gorgeous girl.
