I really liked your post. Very interesting the tips of squeezing your nose ☺

A couple of months ago I had a bad dream, and when I saw myself in the typical escape response I asked myself that question while dreaming, I said to myself if this is my dream why am I going to let it control me? Then I reacted by doing something totally different like what you did with the thieves and ended the nightmare! I had never done it before, I was always trying to wake up... But this strategy is much better!
