Garden Update : Transplanting Spring Onions and More!
Hello Hivers!
How are you all? I hope you are well and safe. Today I will give an update of what is happening in our garden.
These are spring onions. It's been seating in our kitchen for days! I was actually leaving it with small amount of water to grow. These are "scraps" from the store bought spring onions we used for our food. Yesterday finally, I was able to transfer it to pots of soil.
I am hoping these will grow healthy. Just like the ones I have I have planted before. See the photo below. Time to harvest!
On the other hand, this bitter gourd here is starting to grow! Hoping it will grow until harvest. :)
And look at these eggplants! Few days from now it is time to harvest! I have already harvested the ones I mentioned in my previous blog about my garden. What a beautiful site to behold! :)
These are Kangkong (Water Spinach). Time to harvest too!
Our harvest yesterday. These are spinach, water spinach, and kamote tops! Very fresh. These were part of our food last night. Sorry wasn't able to take a photo of it. But sure they were sumpstuous. :)
This morning I was checking on the plants because there is strong winds due to the incoming typhoon here. Positioning them where it will not be blown by away. No rain s yet as of the moment. Praying for safety for everyone.
That's all for now. Keep safe and stay healthy everyone.
Love,
