Hola como están un saludo muy afectuoso para cada uno de los miembros que hacen vida en esta hermosa comunidad la lleva por nombre @naturalmedicine, primero que nada debo darle gracias a nuestro creador por permitir abrir mis ojos un día más en este bello planeta, así como también debo decir que esta comunidad es líder y referente principal de todo el bloque de HIVE en lo que se refiere al cuidado de la salud de manera natural, así como también a nivel gastronómico, y mental, encantada de volver estar aquí de nuevo con ustedes amigos míos.

El día de hoy les quiero elaborar una fantástica mascarilla capilar para evitar la caída del cabello y acelerar el crecimiento con ingredientes totalmente naturales como lo son clavos de olor y canela. Cuando del cabello se trata nosotras las mujeres nos desvivimos nos encanta tener un cabello sano y largo, por lo menos a mi personalmente me encanta mi cabellera larga y por eso busco siempre elaborar productos que me ayuden a conseguir el largo que deseo, es por esto que hoy te enseñaré a como relizar esta fantástica mascarilla capilar de canela y clavos de olor para tener una melena como rapunzel (risas).

A mi hija también se lo aplicó para fortalecer su cabello y pueda crecer ya que ella es de poquito cabello, pero gracias a los productos naturales ya su cabello tiene más fuerza y está creciendo este tratamiento lo realizó una vez a la semana casi siempre los domingos que es mi día de relax donde le digo a mi esposo hoy me toca hidratacion y preparo mis mascarillas para la piel y el cabello.

Amo hidratar mi piel y mi cabello me hace sentir como nueva así que mis hermosas amiga dediquen le aunque será unos minutos una vez a la semana a su cabello porque muchas veces siempre estamos apuradas con esto con aquello y dejamos nuestro cabello siempre en último lugar y el cabello va creciendo una sequedad terrible donde los únicos culpables somos nosotras mismas porque nuestro pelo también necesita de nuestra atención.

En un recipiente de vidrio añadir el baño de crema y agregar un poco de el elixir de canela y clavos de olor.

Very cool, I've never thought of using cloves and cinnamon for the hair. I bet it makes the hair smell incredible in addition to the other benefits you've mentioned.
