Now doctors are also using Laughter Yoga on their patients. A doctor at Paris has liberated his patients from a number of diseases in a surprising way through humor yoga. Along with normal treatment, he blindfolds his patients once a week and hears some clips related to laughter. Hearing that the whole atmosphere resonates with laughter. How to do humor yoga

Initially, do it for 2 to 3 minutes, then gradually you can do it according to your convenience. It can be practiced from the age of 8 to the age of 80 years.

Laughter yoga is really popular here in Chiang Mai, Thailand too. Seems to be popular with younger western people mostly.

I DO think the laughing part is great but struggle with it being classed as yoga. Maybe Laughter Therapy would be more accurate? Not sure.
