One of the many factors to look out for in any community is the confidence level that flows there. This is the thing that we can hold onto when considering how they will perform in the face of opportunities or threats.

The confidence level of any community springs up from having people in the community that have skills and also recognize that they have what it takes to use that skill in order to make things better for themselves and the community at large.

A confident person will always be ready to venture into anything that is capable of yielding returns notwithstanding the risk attached. It won't be out of place to say that a confident person is also optimistic. Anyone that is flowing with confidence and inspiration is also the type that facilities growth and development.

All these qualities that are possessed by such people usually flows into their environment because they also inspire people and their actions directly or indirectly boosts the confidence level of people around them.

It's just like what happens whenever some group of students are called up for a presentation. They will most likely want to have a leader and the mantle of leadership often falls on the person that displays high level of confidence.

Now, this whole team will walk through the preparation process while tapping from his confidence and a significant change will be noticed in the confidence level by the end of their practice. As expected, their performance will show that they were influenced positively.
