Hola grandes amigos de esta hermosa comunidad @naturalmedicine en especial a los amantes de la comida vegetariana #vegan les traigo una exquisita receta que de seguro les va encantar, Esta vez agregando vegetales cosechados en el patio de mi casa (verenjena y tomates)

INGREDIENT:

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 3 Tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 aubergine
  • cloves of garlic

  • Basil

INGREDIENTE:
1 batata
3 Tomate
1 cebolla
1 calabacino
1 zanahoria
1 berenjena
dientes de ajo

Preparation ||| Preparación:

  • Remove the skin from the sweet potato, cut it into round pieces and bring to a boil.

Quitarle la piel a la batata, corta en pedazos redondos y llévala a sancochar .

  • Remove the skin from the onion, tomato, eggplant, garlic, and carrot.

Retira la piel de la cebolla, el tomate, la berenjena, el ajo y la zanahoria.

  • Wash all the vegetables very well

Lava muy bien todos los vegetales .

  • Cut into round shapes: tomato, zucchini, onion and eggplant

Corta en formas redondas: el tomate, el calabacino , la cebolla y la berenjena.

  • You will cut the carrot into sticks neither so thick nor so thin.

La zanahoria la cortaras en forma de palitos ni tan grueso ni tan delgado.

  • Bring in a pan over medium heat. all the vegetables add seasoning to your liking and leave it covered for 3 minutes.

Lleva en un salten a fuego medio. todos los vegetales agregue sazonador a tu gusto y déjalo tapado por 3 minutos.

  • After three minutes, add the garlic , cover again for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it rest while the sweet potatoes cook.

Pasados los tres minutos, agrégale el ajo y vuelve a tapar por 2 minutos y luego apague el fuego y deje reposar mientras se cocinan las batatas.

  • Check your sweet potatoes and remove them from the heat.

Revise sus batatas y retírelas del fuego.

  • It is all ready, serve yourself, decorate with basil and you can sit down to enjoy its delicious preparation.

Ya está todo listo, sírvete tú mismo, decora con albahaca y ya puedes sentarte a disfrutar de su deliciosa preparación.

This is proof that it doesn't take an expensive camera, beautiful photography, or even a spacious kitchen to demonstrate a fresh and healthy recipe made with lots of love. My wife and I both work in confined spaces that are not well-lit, but that is life, and we have to work with the tools we have.

hello Thank goodness I grow my own aubergines and harvest them at the right time so they don't turn sour. so i don't do anything
Pretreatment, I only remove the skin from the usual wash and ready to cook, my recommendation is to remove the skin right at the time of use so that it does not rust.
