The family and I had just had tofu burgers for dinner. We had a lot of burger-ccesories, but no pickles were in sight. We sure could've used these. They look delicious, keep the man man-recipes coming!

Tofu burgers eh? I've made plenty of burgers, mainly chickpea, but I've never even tried tofu form! I tend to prepare my tofu in the same, classic way, every single time. It's routine and it's delicious but I wouldn't mind switching it up. I'll have to give those a go :)

And yes, the pickles are pretty great. I wish I had used more spice to be honest. Maybe I didn't plan for the dilution from the large jar. Still, it didn't stop me from eating 1 last night.. that turned into 2.. then 3.. I think I ended up eating 5 or 6 before I forced the lid back on and put them back in the fridge hahahah.
