RE: Lotus Stem Meatballs : Indian Domestic Kitchen Recipe : Natural Medicine

Wow! What an awesome first recipe to share with us. My family and I used to eat lotus roots and stems a lot in Cambodia before we moved to Suriname. Here it's not a common food. These balls look very similar to kofta, and I bet they are delicious. Thanks for sharing, I look forward to more.

Don't forget to add #vegan and/or #plantbased tags to your recipes so they will be easier for me to find in the future. I only say this because I author the weekly Plant Power curation for Natural Medicine, and I try to find the most delicious recipes each week, primarily searching the mentioned tags.

Thanks for sharing!!

Thank you so much for the appreciation, yes these are in fact kofta, it also not common in some parts of India. They're delicious indeed, these balls can also be made and preserved for weeks, I can send you some :-D.
