Today I walked in the morning after a long time

Hi friends, I hope you are all well and healthy. Today I am also very good. For several days I was not very good. Today I did a little jogging so my mind is feeling quite full. The body is feeling full. Today I walked after a long time. And I will share the memories of today's walk with you. And I hope you like it.


The body did not look good for several days. So I told my husband and went to the doctor. And the doctor looked at me and said that you have gained weight. You need to get enough walking and physical exercise. So many of us in the morning today, my mother, I think, my younger brother all walked together for a long time. It was great to see the nature of my morning. Everything seemed fresh. Feeling very fresh myself. Waking up so early in the morning and watching nature in the morning. The clean nature feels very good.
I told the doctor if there was any other way for me to lose weight. He told me there is medicine but it can have an effect on your body. And I think you'll be better off if you walk. Because good nature for our body is an unadulterated medicine. Many times the medicine does not work, but if you walk, exercise, of course. You will benefit. Today was the first day I did so much walking. In fact, the doctor is right. Today I am walking and my body is feeling very thin and I am feeling very healthy. I like the green nature all around and the road in the middle I like to walk very much. I was watching nature and walking. I have really benefited a lot.
In fact, I personally think that nature's medicine is much better for our body. Because there is no downside to it. It's good on all sides. As I walk today I feel a lot better. And I’m so glad that I’ve been able to walk a few more with me and connect them to me. It is very good that they will be free from various diseases. Made medicine cannot cure all diseases. Natural medicines are also very necessary for some of the diseases, as far as I am concerned.
I have told everyone in my other posts, if you get the chance, you must immerse yourself in nature. You will see a different peace. That’s what I do occasionally and I have to do it regularly now. Hi @hiramoni, You have done excellent work today morning. Actually morning time deserve moment for the jogging or walking. Because you can breathe freshness air, get fresh sunlight and many more things... As a true nature lover, I walked among the trees many times while I get rest some days. Walking bring us many benefits to both physically and mentally.
