Tomatoes for Africa
We have a bumper crop of tomatoes coming.
Large and small.
And another waiting in the wings.
I cannot wait!
Oh, and last night's stir fry included red cabbage, courgette and green beans.
All from the garden. What a difference good rains and a borehole make.
Until next time, be well

And then there's more:
- If this post might seem familiar, it's because I'm doing two things:
- re-vamping old recipes. As I do this, I plan to add them in a file format that you can download and print. If you download recipes, buy me a coffee. Or better yet, a glass of wine....?
- and "re-capturing" nearly two years' worth of posts because of this.

Looks great! Where are the salt and vinegar crisps though? 😜
Hahaha! On the list! Actually, we can't get them any more. They've discontinued them. 😭
I'll have to bring some over when I visit. No way I'm living in SA if that's their attitude to Salt & Vinegar crisps!
