My Coffee Evolution
When I was a teenager, I was a tea addict and I could easily have 3 cups daily then.
After becoming a teacher, I became a coffee addict and I would drink 3-in-1 instant coffee.

I had 3-in-1 coffee for many years but it is really high in sugar that can spike our blood sugar.
My wife was nagging about it and I made a decision to change.
I continue to drink coffee by replacing 3-in-1 instant coffee to coffee without sugar or milk.
About two years ago, I put on a lot of weight and I wanted to slim down.
I have limited time and I cannot afford to exercise daily.
I wanted to have a way that did not affect my lifestyle too much and a way that was easy to maintain my weight without exercising.
Exercising is definitely good but the weight may return if we cannot maintain the same level of exercise daily.
My easy solution was to put some cinnamon powder into my black coffee daily and reduce rice intake.

By doing so, I was actually able to remove about 8 kg within a month.
I am able to maintain it even until now.
There are actually many benefits in cinnamon that can easily find online.

In short, coffee with cinnamon has helped me to live a healthier way and I slim down naturally by having it. My rice intake has reduced to half the amount I used to take.
