This is really cool, thank you! Breathing is very important and sometimes we forget this very easy and basic principle! One of the best things I learned for things like running is using stomach breathing instead of chest breathing. It requires active effort to do it but you get much better breathing since it engages the diaphragm instead of the thoracic muscles.

siii, en unas clases de teatro que estuve hace algun tiempo, aprendí a respirar por el diafragma y no es tan fácil como parece, se requiere de practica jajaj. Y bueno en el yoga fui practicandolo, hay varios tipos de pranayama super interesantes. Muchas gracias por comentar. Mucha luz y amor.
