You go to bed if you feel tired?

Since weeks I feel overtired.

My dizziness came back. I stayed in the hospital for it last year. It was for a longer period. They did all kinds of tests, scans, x-ray, etc and found... nothing.
I left the hospital because of a huge lack of sleep and my allergies increasing at that place.
I was advised to eat more salt but if I do so I feel miserable.

If I wake up at 4 am or earlier I have a hard time to start the day and promise myself to go back to bed asap but it never happens. Once started I go on and try to function till the last one is home and I made dinner.

I drove my kid to the bus station.
It rained again, the land road is worse as two days ago and it started to snow. I had a hard time to stay on the muddy road.
On my way back home I met the two dumped dogs I met yesterday. I called them because of the bad weather. Surprisingly enough the most afraid male started following the car. The other decided to follow too but had a hard time doing so. I wanted to offer them a shelter in a barn but as I stopped the car they ran off too afraid.

Once home I filled to boxes with food (will see if I can give it to them after I drove the youngest to school) and cleaned the kitchen drains again. A dirty job.

As you can read I am busy and stay busy no matter how tired I am and do not go back to bed.
I also don't do this because I know once asleep I have a hard time to wake up and if I wake up I am sleepwalking and have a hard time to "get my brain together". The bus-kid's school will stop at noon and if there's no bus around that time I need to drive over there.

Do you go to bed if you feel tired?

I guess you are not going back to bed either if you are tired? 🤔

If I'm awaken, truly awaken, it does took some times to put myself back to sleep again. I know sleep is important and I don't want to fall asleep while driving so I sing a lullaby for myself and it works well for me.

I try to keep myself awake too but singing or talking doesn't work. Perhaps if people shout at me. Once I stayed awake for a very ling time as I was mad because of what a guy who worked for me said. 😁
Perhaps being angry wotks unless my neck hurts. 💕

🤣🤣🤣 While I'm driving alone. I do have one thing that I do to keep myself awake.

I shout as loud as I can with all my might like shouting at the top of the mountain. Of course I make sure all the windows are close first with hope nobody hear me from the outside. I found that it managed to keep myself awake for a while and it's kind off like a stress relief activities for me. Haven't been doing it for a while since I started boarding the train again. 😅

@heartbeat1515 It's possible by shouting you get more adrenaline... I could try that too. I don't care if my kids wake up and hear me. You are funny. 😆👍❤️

🤣🤣🤣🤣 That's the only thing I can thought of to do. I end up hurting my throat a few times. It's a bit lesser now that life seems to be a bit better. Still struggling with money but that can be solved slowly. 😅

It's strange how from a certain age on we hurt our throat and babies/toddlers never do. Dogs not either. 🤔

I learned as long as you can oversee debts, have a plan how to pay off or save there is light!

About changing SBD against Steem... this can be done with tipu... I believe it is tipu.com See the swap option! I did not try it out yet since I am without SBD. Happy day 💕

I voted for others.

I will go to sleep whenever I can at night, I usually gets irritated if my sleep are disturbed.
I think because of having low hemoglobin count in my blood cause me being tired easily. This is at night stories which is different from my day light. If it is day light, I am unable to easily fall sleep even if I'm too tired especially if I have my phone in my hand. Other will be daily activities. It's hard for me to take a nap too but I must always remember not to take too much caffeine in a day or it will cause me difficulties to sleep at night. It's weird that recently caffeine didn't bother me anymore. I sleep whenever I want to sleep.

I fall asleep if I drink coffee. My father had the same so we drank a mug before we went to bed. These days I hardly drink coffee (read twice a year?) and only if its more water as coffee. I cannot stand the smell. At the age of 13-14, I already drank strong black coffee, no sugar.

If I fall asleep these days ut's more like a coma and hard to wake me up. The house can be burned down but I will not notice it.
My bladder can wake me up though...and pain does plus I feel it in my sleep.
At daytime I can sleep. My bedroom is as dark as possible the light irritates me but if the kids talk, have fun or the wolves cry it doesn't bother me.

I never take my phone with me but should at daytime if the children might need me. My main problem is I can hardly wake up. I can if I sleep longer as two hours but I still feel like sleepwalking. At times I tell the children to wake me up after 2-3 hours but if they do I cannot get out and sleep till the next morning. I always wake up before 4 am, no alarm click needed, which makes it hard for me to catch some extra sleep.

If I'm able to take a nap it will be the longest 1 hour I think. I never really see how long is my nap but that rarely happen. Especially on the day of working. If it is an off day, I automatically sleep longer than workdays.

I need to wake up at 4 every morning for work but I usually awaken at 2 or 3 am if I sleep to early. It's like my body is set to sleep for only 5 to 6 hours. Sometimes, I'll force myself to sleep again by singing lullaby so that I won't feel to tired on the day but unfortunately sometimes I tend to overslept and the alarm didn't manage to wake me up.

There's a day that I fall asleep and my little girl woke me up because she is full of mud all over in the middle of the night. I didn't know where she went and how she got out of the house but I'm glad she returned to me and nothing bad happened. My husband went to work that night. He work until morning at his rubber estate nearby.

I end up not being able to sleep again because of worry while my little one is sleeping comfortably after I gave her bath which I too have to take because of the mud.

I seem to have that too. An inner clock that wakes me up no matter how tired I am. I can sleep longer if I go to bed earlier but my max after all these years is 6 hours. Even if I am in coma I kind of wake up. I can hear but not move or talk or open my eyes... in those cases I faint again for some time. It happens about 3 times till I am able to get out of bed.

I don't know why I have this dizxiness, kind of coma like issue. Looking back I have it as ling as I can.remember. Worse is if it starts if I drive a car. I feel it and park and I am gone for 1-2 hours... my kids waiting in.the car.

As the youngest was a baby, a few months old, I bought a camper. As soon.as it happened I parked and was gone. My children played, watched films, the youngest was in a special crib and they had food, something to drink and a toilet at hand.

I partly think it is because I am tired but my neckdamage is the main reason. If I press hard at the back of my neck that dizzy feeling in my head is gone.

I don't want to faint you know. Once in bed everything keeps spinning and I need to tell myself it's fine to pass out. After that I do.

I can imagine it's quiet a shock the little one shows up covered by mud. Good nothing happened and she probably had fun and a better nap as you had. 😁

Happy day. 💕

You really have everything prepared for every condition you have. I'm glad your children are able to understand and you can be gone in 2 hours knowing that they will be safe.

Neck problem is a very serious problem. You need to take a good care of it. Some injuries to the neck nerve take can cause a whole body paralyzed and the worst one cause some people to live depending on an oxygen machine(ventilator).

I remembered your previous post saying some people are calling you a bad mom. I wonder if they could do all the things you do despite being a single mom(I hope I'm right about this one, I think I read this somewhere inside your post or comments. Sorry for my bad memories). I know I will be having difficulties to be in your shoes for I always have my husband to back me up.

Yes, I thinking she really had fun with the mud. This actually happened quite a few times but this is the first time she come back to wake me up 😅.
I didn't really had a good nap, that shock waking up cause me a headache 😅😅😅

@heartbeat1515 If you have to you can. What counts for me counts for you too. Once alone (yes I am single) you find out what you are capable of. Now I like it this way.

My neck issues will not heal they are caused by being molested for years. I can walk now so I am happy with that.

It's indeed a safe feeling my children will not be totally lost if I pass out. They know what to do, how to get money and food and reach their sister.

LOL I think your little one woke to up to have a bath. 😅💕

😱😢 I'm glad you have the life you're comfortable with now and hopefully you're out of traumatic feelings.

You're right. Experiences taught us to be stronger and brilliant.

Now that you said that. She does love taking a bath. She can play with the water. 😅😅😅

I am not sure aboit the traumatic feelings. I think they make you the person you are and there's no way you forget. It's somewhere stored. I hope it won't appear if I have alzheimer 🙁

Mud bath, water bath... life is good. 😁😂

I hope you won't have alzeimer. Some people didn't go through alzeimer even in their late age.

Life is good and we are the judge of our life. If we said that it is good then it is good no matter what.
