Everyday life

It seems to me that photography is needed not only as a contemplative element, but also designed to capture reality, in order to refresh or even rethink the attitude towards everyday things.

Our gaze is gradually blurred and we cease to be aware of the surrounding reality. Many moments of life pass us by automatically.

And in order to somehow include awareness in the routine, you need to show this routine from the outside.

And if everyday life is shown from some angle of perception, then formed stereotypes can break down.

A person thinks in pictures, images, and not in words and letters.

No, inside, of course, there is a dialogue in the very language that we know.

But this is already our mind. If you go to the spiritual extreme, then all thoughts will be as figurative as possible, which can be transmitted over a distance to absolutely any person. This is how telepathy works.

Photography is partly also a language, a means of expressing thoughts through an image.

Only in this case the picture is tangible to others.

Photography is always a filter, a prism of the photographer's perception, his attitude to the world around him.

It is impossible to create a completely generalized picture of reality as it really is.

While there are many personalities, they will each perceive this or that image in their own way, capture it, and then other personalities will look for something of their own in this captured image.

It turns out that I photograph some common fragment of life, one of the pieces of reality, and then the viewer from this fragment takes an even smaller piece for himself.

My task is to simplify the way to the perception of any detail from everyday life.

Every photo is a moment of the past, and it comes immediately after pressing the shutter button.

It turns out that we look into the past at absolutely any image of something.

In real life, we always see the present moment.

Even if we looked at the object, then turned away, then looked again - then it seemed to have aged for a few seconds, which means that it was in the past, but the image from the past remained in our memory, and we still see it in the present.

And photography is able to capture this moment from the past.

This is why photography is a tool for time travel.

Just remember that time is relative...
