The CTPSB Project has reached 50'000 HP Voting Power
This week we passed the threshold of 50'000 HP voting power. This is a major milestone in the development of this project and it's mainly due to the number of delegations that we have received.
The return on the delegations was this week at 16.9% APR. The dividends were paid out today in CTP tokens to all the delegators.
Token value grows at 66% rate
The increased amount of delegations that we have received has a leverage effect on the CTPSB token value. The token is growing at a rate of 66% APR at the moment.
The challenge: keep the dividends for delegators as high as possible
Since we are getting more and more Hive Power delegated, this means that the amount that is necessary to pay the dividends needs to grow as well to insure a similar return.
We do that partly by staking 50% of the return from curation from all the Hive-Engine tokens that the account owns. Only 50% are used to pay dividends.
dcity town to increase dividends
We have started to build a town in dcity that will generate another income for the delegators. The city is growing nicely and we will earn some sim tokens every day. For a couple of weeks, we will reinvest 100% into the city to give it a boost. After that, 50% of this income will be used to pay the dividends.
If you have some tokens lying around uselessly, delegate them to the @ctpsb account
If you have tokens in your hive-engine account that you don't use and you don't manage to get curation on them, you can delegate them to the @ctpsb account.
If you have the following tokens staked and you don't need them, delegate them to @ctpsb:
LEO, CTP, SPORTS, PAL, BUILD, LIST, NEOXAG, STEM, ASH
I have built curation trails for almost all these tokens to maximize the return for all the tokens. The more stake we have, the more we will be able to distribute to the delegators. This will attract new delegations which will increase our voting power. The account and the token value will grow faster and the upvotes on your posts will be more consequent! Whether you are a token holder, delegator or author, you will indirectly profit from it.

This is tremendous and is quite amazing that the fund reached 50k Hive and thus playing a big role in curation. The gain of 66% is quite healthy and it shows that this is a strong investment instrument in the CTP and Hive space.
It's quite the milestone to have reached 50'000 Hive Power. Since this accounts belongs to the token holders it has been a community project and everybody is invested in making it develop and grow. It was planned as a big account that would upvote the posts of the community and help people to grow faster and it has become something even bigger :-)

Thanks for the update - that's some great info on the progress of the project - I'll add a bit of info in a post I'm planning on which projects to delegate Hive Power to - also going to delegate my Hive-Engine tokens your way seeing as I have no idea what to do with them haha!
