Hive Stock Images - Doing the Math

avatar

This will be my first submission to the #hivestockimages community. It's a photo of some numbers I scribbled down to solve the Day 4 problem of a math mini-contest held by @savvyplayer. I wasn't the first person to post the answer and before I threw the scrap of paper in the recycling bin I thought my work might still be repurposed as a possible image for STEM posts.

I took the picture with my smartphone. You don't have to include me as a beneficiary but please credit @holovision as the source of the image if you use it in a Hive post. Thank you.

Possible use in posts about:

  • mathematics
  • education
  • problem solving/reasoning
  • cognitive science
  • graphology (pseudoscience)
  • ect.

Of course I'd mention you. I want to be mentioned if someone uses my stock image. Ethical reciprocity.😀

That's basically your handwriting using your own pen and pencil. 🤔 That's not even my intellectual property there. 🤔🙂

It's a little sloppy because I have to hold a magnifying glass with my left hand as I write. Trying to do it fast surprisingly only makes it a tiny bit sloppier rather than a lot worse. I'm not sure why.😀

This is all really good @holovision @savvyplayer.

OR just your contests in general if you do more than math contests.

I don't know how often I can do contests, but please read the details below. 🤔😐

The best I can do is one challenge problem a day using post automation function of #PeakD (or the one on #Ecency which is still new). @holovision mentioned that he used the "Refresh" function several times on his web browser because he was expecting my challenge for the day to be published at exactly 03:00 P.M. (GMT +8). 🤔😐

I need to make sure that the challenges are not too easy and not too difficult. The more time-consuming part is for verifying if my answer is correct, explaining properly how I got the answer, and determining who got the correct answer in case nobody got the exact match. All in all, I should say that I spend about 1 hour a day just for one challenge a day. 🤔😐

🤔😐

Hmm, okay.

  • Would you be willing or would you want to do contests once a day, 30 days a week?

If it's too much, it's always possible to do it less, i.e. every other day or something like that.

Let me know what makes you happy 🙂

I definitely can't do contests 30 days a week, unless I have the superpower of time manipulation! 😆😂🤣

Maybe I would just use an autoposting service for both questions and answers, if the contests won't be held 30 days a week. 🤔🤔🤣

(Edited)

Lol, I am guessing you know what I mean 😅😆

  • Once a day, everyday.

Sorry, my brain must have been fried the time I Buzz'd again.. I was kind of groggy I guess 😅
