И аз като всеки човек мечтая, да посетя места в България които все още не съм посетила.
And like every person I dream to visit places in Bulgaria that I have not yet visited.
Бях изненадана за моят рожден ден от моя много близка приятелка - пътешествие из България. Заедно с нея посетихме няколко кътчета из страната ни.
I was surprised for my birthday by my very close friend - a trip around Bulgaria. Together with her, we visited several places around our country.
Беше в края на месец април началото на май - момента в който се раззеленява природата навсякъде. Качихме се на колата и отпрашихме за едно 3 дневно пътешествие, изпълнено с много преживявания и невероятни емоции
It was the end of April beginning of May - the time when nature is blooming everywhere. We hopped in the car and headed off for a 3-day trip filled with many experiences and amazing emotions.
Първата ни спирка беше Дряново - малко балканско градче в северна България.
Емблемата на града е макетна карта на България, тя е позиционирана в центъра на града.
Our first stop was Dryanovo - a small Balkan town in northern Bulgaria.
The town's emblem is a mock map of Bulgaria, it is positioned in the center of the town.
Посетихме и автентичния мост на майстор Колю Фичето - преживял е множество наводнения, пек и земетръси, той не е помръднал и със сантиметър. Невероятно е с каква точност и майсторство е изработен.
We also visited the authentic bridge of master Kolyu Ficheto - it has survived many floods, heat, and earthquakes, it has not moved an inch. It is amazing with what precision and craftsmanship it is made.
Икономовата къща, тя се намира в центъра на града. Тя е паметник на културата, запазен е автентичния вид на сградата и предметите в нея. Това е известна къща, където е отсядал Васил Левски - Апостола на свободата.
The Economist's House is located in the city center. It is a monument of culture, the authentic appearance of the building and the objects in it have been preserved. It is a famous house where Vasil Levski - the Apostle of Freedom stayed.
След това продължихме за Дряновския манастир. През вековете Дряновският манастир се е утвърдил като средище на българската просвета и култура.
Then we continued to the Dryanovo Monastery. Over the centuries the Dryanovo Monastery has established itself as a center of Bulgarian education and culture.
В същия ден продължихме към друг близък и исторически град - Трявна - град с древна история.
On the same day, we continued to another nearby and historical town - Tryavna - a town with an ancient history.
Неповторимият облик на Трявна се дължи на нейната самобитна архитектура, на поколенията майстори строители, градили църкви, мостове, училища, сътворили оригиналната и красива тревненска къща. Отличават се двукатните къщи с издадени към улицата еркери (вид подпорна стена под прозорец) и широки стрехи. Те привличат почитателите на възрожденската архитектура.
The unique look of Tryavna is due to its unique architecture, to the generations of master builders who built churches, bridges, schools, who created the original and beautiful Tryavna house. The two-storey houses with bay windows (a kind of retaining wall under a window) and wide eaves are distinguished. They attract admirers of Renaissance architecture.
Една от най-внушителните и представителни тревненски къщи, която посетихме е Даскаловата. Успяхме да преминем и по гърбавия мост, които също има своята история. Видяхме и старата часовникова кула, намираща се на площада на града. Загледахме се и в сувенирните магазинчета, наредени като мъниста по главната улица.
One of the most imposing and representative Tryavna's houses we visited is Daskalova. We also managed to cross the humpback bridge, which also has its history. We also saw the old clock tower located in the town square. We also looked at the souvenir shops lined up like beads along the main street.
Следващата ни спирка беше Етъра. Етнографския музей на открито е в едноименния квартал на град Габрово - Етъра. Представлява цялостна възстановка на българския бит, култура и занаятчийство.
Our next stop was the Etara. The open-air ethnographic museum is in the Gabrovo district of the same name - Etara. It is a complete reconstruction of Bulgarian life, culture, and craftsmanship.
Той е първият по рода си музей в България. Бях емоционална, впечатлена и развълнувана от картините, които се редяха пред мен при тези мои посещения.
It is the first museum of its kind in Bulgaria. I was emotional, impressed, and moved by the paintings that lined up in front of me on these visits of mine.
Всички тези български градчета са сгушени в Стара планина, която им служеше за декор. Балкана, нашепваше легенди за борбите на моя български народ.
All these Bulgarian towns are nestled in the Balkan Mountains, which served as their backdrop. The Balkan Mountains whispered legends of the struggles of my Bulgarian people.
