Being an educator is certainly a responsibility for learners to understand the subject matter that we convey, every day I have to be prepared with learning materials that I will convey to each of my students in school, maybe so far is the main thing I should prepare each time want to learn, actually this pandemic we do not know when its over!. How the methode to learn that I can use so that the participants do what I tell them its the challange.

I am a teacher in one of the schools in rural sub-district in Bireuen district, of Aceh province,Indonesia.

Thats so contrast to being an urban educator in various mediums of learning media is still easy to get by educators, science that I've got at universities like I can not implement in this place when I teaching , the limitations of learning media facilities such as internet network for example, computer facilities and other supporting facilities for learning modern methods are not yet available, so far I am still very dependent on learning materials from manuals available in the library, but of course it does not become a significant constraint for me .

The students' learning motivation in rural areas is slightly different, they learn only to get the sertificate of school and can go on to further education, this is the environmental influence factor faced by students in their area of residence, their parents are majority of gardener and also rice farmers, so that when harvest time comes many students do not follow the learning process, they choose to help their parents in the harvest season to earn money.

Such problems are not uncommon in the area I am currently teaching, and even the teachers at the school have picked up students and gave understanding to their parents, that their learning process is very important and this can affect their grades in school, especially for them who had studied in the ninth grade, more problema is this pandemic like made it more difficult to do our daily activities at school.

Besides the language factor is also very influential, the majority of our educators in rural schools area should use the local language, to provide further understanding to students of learning materials, this is because their understanding of Indonesian language is not maximal. The majority of my students are very unfamiliar with the Indonesian language, even to distinguish only a few letters from their writings there are still ambiguous ones, such as distinguishing the letters F, P and V (vlower-flower, vas-fas, police-volice) is a fact that I find in my own students writing, well surely the language really affect the teaching and learning process, imagine how when they follow the English lesson in school?

During the learning process I often use the group discussion method, by dividing them into groups, the learning atmosphere is better and their understanding more easily discussed with their friends, it helps me in explaining the learning materials, because this method is more leverage to make them understand will be learning materials, considering they are quite difficult to understand the content of learning content in Bahasa Indonesia. But with this situation amid the pandemic, I in trouble to teach them like as usual caused banned of crowd still go on in Aceh.

That's a little review of me as an educators in rural areas in one district in Aceh, but my spirit to provide the best for my students still continue to do until now, I often in explaining the learning materials by using local languages for my students more familiar with the material that I submit, that all my CCH Community friend the reasons I rarely focus in community moderator as usual. Thanks to @visionaer3003 and @my451r and another CCH Community member for support my blog untill now. And hope CCH community be better always and forever ;)

Hello @ericha I understand you much better now after reading your blogs.
A teacher, especially in rural areas. A good mother for the family and a good housewife takes time.
You know, a few days ago I was accused of "Vote trading" I held back a little, but now it's over. I vote as I like. You have my full support. The Hive members who support me, many of them no longer support me.

Thank you for appreciated it @visionaer3003 ;)

The problem the other day with people accusing you is nothing to think about, after all, we can also grow our community without their help too. I only regret their overly tendentious accusations!
