Tradition - Can strengthen social relations in society

Welcome back to my blog I was confused about where to go back to writing something on my blog. However, I am sure of this one of my themes because I think this theme can bring a lot of positive things to all of us. We start this discussion starting from the old habits of the people or it can also be called a custom from a region in Aceh province, one of the provinces under the unitary republic of Indonesia. Each region certainly has a different culture and culture. Like in the area where I live, here we have a community custom that has been inherited from generation to generation from our ancestors. This custom is a form of joint meal held by a family in which the family invites and invites relatives and neighbors to be present at this joint meal. This event is usually held to express their gratitude for the good fortune that has been obtained so far in terms of business, health, social welfare and other aspects related to positive things in daily life. So they took the initiative to enjoy this happiness with the people around them not only in their family environment. Even in events like this we can see the solidarity between fellow communities is formed, starting from cooking together, preparing ingredients for cooking together, serving meals together and ending with eating together.

Now from traditions like this we can learn a lot that one of the things that can make social closeness even better is by doing activities like this. Because during this activity there was no difference between young and old there was no difference between men and women. All of them take an active role in doing their respective tasks to prepare all the dishes for eating together. When they eat, it doesn't mean that they usually do a little prayer to express their gratitude for all the pleasures so far. Even when eating together, they usually chat with each other while enjoying a meal together, whether it's a casual conversation that makes jokes or even a slightly serious issue, it's often discussed. In this case, it increasingly creates social closeness between one community and another. In fact, we can also find new people with all their characteristics. From there we can also learn how to appreciate and adapt to new people. It is not only about the taste of the food that we taste but also about the sense of brotherhood and social closeness that is able to make us grow in a harmonious environment because we still maintain the values ​​and customary norms that apply in our respective regions.
