Better mindfulness is one of my goals this year, too. I'm starting with just 15 minutes a day to clear my mind, then growing from there.

That's a great start. Things are fine to be honest. Death is a natural part of life and I fully accept that. It just a little difficult when there are just so many in such a short amount of time. It just changes your thinking a bit.
