I join @zord189's initiative in their weekly contest where they ask us to name two of our strengths and weaknesses.

Me uno a la iniciativa de @zord189 en su concurso semanal donde nos pide nombrar dos de nuestras fortalezas y debilidades.

Strength is a positive characteristic that can make a difference. On the other hand, weakness is a negative characteristic that will have the opposite effect. In an ideal world, you would only have strengths, but in reality, this is not exactly the case.

La fortaleza es una característica positiva que puede diferenciarte. Por otro lado, la debilidad es una característica negativa que tendrá el efecto contrario. En un mundo ideal, solo tendrás fortalezas, pero en realidad, este no es exactamente el caso .

I think I am a person who does not give up easily, when I want to achieve certain goals, I insist on giving my best, because if we have to do something, then we have to do it in the best way. I persevere and work hard, I like to help others, but I never do the work for someone else.

Creo que soy una persona que no se da por vencida fácilmente, cuando quiero lograr ciertas metas, insisto en dar lo mejor de mí, porque si tenemos que hacer algo, entonces tenemos que hacerlo de la mejor manera. Persevero y trabajo duro, me gusta ayudar a los demás, pero nunca hago el trabajo por otro.

I like to share my experiences with other people. I can adapt to various situations that arise, which helps me succeed when things don't go as planned. I always show interest and respect for other people, I care about others and enjoy helping those in need, I always show tolerance, trust and have a vocation to help those in need by showing my human side and simplicity towards people's emotions and feelings.

Me gusta compartir mis experiencias con otras personas. Puedo adaptarme a diversas situaciones que surgen, lo que me ayuda a tener éxito cuando las cosas no salen según lo planeado. Siempre muestro interés y respeto por otras personas, me preocupo por los demás y disfruto ayudando a aquellos que lo necesiten, siempre muestro tolerancia, confío y tengo vocación para ayudar a quien lo necesite mostrando mi lado humano y sencillez hacia las emociones y sentimientos de las personas.

Fear is something that has always haunted me, I have been afraid of many things: fear of riding a bike, fear of heights, fear of old and uninhabited houses, fear of elevators, especially fear of facing life that made me sick with nerves and fear of failure, for example, when I am not good enough, or when I fail, I feel insecure that I look stupid and threatened.

El miedo es algo que siempre me ha perseguido, he tenido miedo de muchas cosas: miedo a andar en bicicleta, a las alturas, a las casas viejas y deshabitadas, miedo a los ascensores, sobre todo de afrontar la vida que me enfermaba de los nervios y miedo al fracaso, por ejemplo, cuando no soy lo suficientemente buena, o cuando fallo, me siento insegura que parezco estúpida y amenazada.

Another weakness is that I am a little bit messy, sometimes I don't know where I leave my things or in other cases I don't manage my time well.

Otra debilidad viene a ser que soy un poco desordenado a veces no se donde dejo mis cosas o en otro caso no logro administrar bien mi tiempo.

Your weakness does not necessarily have to limit you. When you accept yourself as you are and focus on your strengths by developing the attributes and qualities that make you unique, you can bring more value to the world.

Tu debilidad no te tienen que limitar necesariamente. Cuando te aceptas como eres y te concentras en tus fortalezas desarrollando los atributos y cualidades que te hacen único, puede aportar más valor al mundo.
