Queen of the Spa

On a recent trip to a pet grooming salon to get one of my sister-in-law's cat's claws trimmed, we saw this beautiful kitty! She was apparently the "owner" of the shop, or at least that is how she behaved! She definitely projected that "top cat" attitude and had the run of the whole place!

And even though she projected that "I am Queen" attitude, she was still very affectionate and interested in us when we walked in. It was quite an interesting mix of stand-offishness, sizing-us-up, and exhibiting "Pay attention to me!" behavior. 😂

Her coat was a gorgeous mix of colors, what we call a "calico" pattern in this part of the world. I am not sure what breed she is, but should have asked; perhaps I will do so, next time, as well as try for another photo or two of this pretty cat! It was so nice of her to grace my blog on this #caturday
