Today I come to the fabulous initiative of my dear @zord189, to show a dish of our cuisine. Although I am not the best example of a chef hahaha, I wanted to get started in these contests that I have always found fun, educational as well as interesting. Nice interaction between people of different nationalities, that we can show everyday things in our daily culinary work.

"Ugh! The bread is soaking wet! Bread is not supposed to be soaking wet!" he snarled at me as he spit a soggy mouthful of half-chewed peanut butter sandwich into a tissue. I stood at attention next to his bed. He handed the sodden and heavy tissue to me. He was now vegan, grain free, nightshade free, lectin free, phytic acid free, and deaf to my feeble protestations. He was not free, however, from his acutely tuned palate, which was maddeningly different from mine.

Fruit Cobbler [Recipe]

In American English, a "cobbler" is a dessert that consists of stewed fruit (or a compote) covered with a very light crust with a soft consistency. Any fruits or berries may be used: apples, peaches, pears, blueberries, blackberries, pineapple, apricot, etc. — either singly, or in combination. The dessert is usually called by the name of the fruit that is used: Peach Cobbler, Apple Cobbler, etc.

Things to not feed your dog... and things you can, but still probably shouldn't

I should know this after more than 30 years of keeping dogs, but I learned the hard way when Nadi was throwing up for 2 days straight. Like most dogs, my Shih-Tzu will stare at me no matter what I am eating. I could be eating nothing and just making eating sounds and this is where she would patiently wait presumably until the end of time or she falls asleep.
