MY THREE (3) HEALTHY HABITS || DAY 12 OF 30 DAYS BLOGGING CHALLENGE

Healthy habits are activities you do that keeps you in good state of health. These habits include exercising, drinking enough water daily, eating balanced diets, having good sleep and many more.
I would be speaking on three (3) of my healthy habits as the challenge requires.
1. Eating fruits on a Daily basis: I know the advantages of taking fruits especially after meal. Eating fruit helps to build our body resistance to illness and also keeps us from various kinds of cancers. Not forgetting heart diseases also, eating fruits improves the heart condition.
2. Proper body exercising: Exercising the body is one thing I find hard to miss everyday. Except from my everyday Push-Ups, my work also is enough for an exercise. I work on elevators, so walking countless numbers of stairs everyday is what I go through.

3. Bath at least twice a day: This is also one I don't joke with. I bath before sleep and after sleep, can also be said as in Morning after waking from bed and in the night before going to bed. I do this to remove the damaged cells still lying on the skin and keeping a fresh skin.
I HAVE MENTIONED MY 3 HEALTHY HABITS, WHAT ARE YOUR 3 HEALTHY HABIT?
This is the 12th day of my 30 day blogging challenge. We have @macchiata, @wolfofnostreet, @suffgrace, @lauramica, @officialuroga already in this challenge. The goal of this challenge is to keep Hivers active on the hive blockchain and also solving the issue of not knowing what to write about.
Those are very good healthy habbits and i´m glad you take a bath twice a day, i see your culture is clean!! Europeans are disgusting in these matters.
It's not everybody that does that over here. I got to adapt it because my parents does it that's how I started myself.
Moreover I love the feeling of water over my body. Back then in school, my friends usually call me FISH and that's because I could bath 3 times a day and sometimes during holidays I just stay under the shower for hours doing nothing than pouring water on my body and thinking about things/life in general.
That's what brought the FISH name they gave me.
Well, let me tell you that´s part of our culture... we know how to bath 3 or 4 times a day, depending of the station of the year. Summer is so hot and humid that we need to bathe too much.
There are times when it's so hot that you get out of the bathroom and still sweat...
Btw i love hot water, when it´s not too hot obviously.
No matter how cold the weather condition is, I have never used hot water to bath.
I don't know why I prefer the water the cold as it is then a warmer water. I get to feel the cold the more after using a warm water to bath.
I love hot water with my life, when i do it, it´s like an spa in my bathroom.
I think it's best you say warm water before someone comes to pour a hot water on your head unexpectedly. 😅😅😅😅
hahahahaha never like that, controlled warm almost hot water IN THE BATH. hahaha

Yeah! But i am not very difficult to make laugh, i laugh at everything.
You are very much like me. I laugh even in serious times and people get annoyed at it 😂😅
THAT´S A PROBLEM TO MEEE. When i get nervous i laugh and make jokes... that's why i don't like funerals, i need to have a lot of self-control, sometimes i prefer not to say anything.
Imagine laughing at a funeral 😅😂😂😂.

I am also very much a twice a day shower kind of person. I cannot handle getting up without a shower nor can I stand getting into bed dirty... YUK! lol! !tip
