Sugarcane molasses

I hope all those who are reading my story at the moment are well and I hope they all have a good day.Every country has its own tradition and today I will share with you an old tradition of my country. I hope you like it.Sugarcane molasses is the main ingredient in the sweets we eat, and sugarcane molasses is sold in our open market, so I went there today because I needed some sugarcane molasses because Finney would cook it at home.


You may not like to see these molasses very much, but it is a lot of fun to eat and I have tried to go to the market and buy it.Our country is now much more advanced in agriculture because of the use of technology, farmers can now easily grow agricultural products on land.
However, technology has not been used much to make these molasses because they are made without technology in the previous way.The only reason I bought these molasses is because I can easily extract some pure molasses from inside them again using the next technology.Sugarcane cultivation is very good in my country's climate so people still don't use technology much in the industry today because sugar is made from today but to make molasses you still have to use that previous technology.There are many steps to be taken to make these molasses. They are very painful but people do it because they depend on it for their livelihood.
And now people don't use too much molasses in all kinds of sweet foods. Everyone uses sugar now so the use of molasses has decreased everywhere but I have used molasses since I want to make my food with a little exception.So those who make molasses from sugarcane have to think a little bit about business because now everyone is dependent on sugar so the farmers sell the sugarcane to the sugar mill and sugar is produced from there. However, many still make molasses and keep that industry alive.
When I went to the market today I saw that there are not many people in the shop because there are very few buyers here today, the use of molasses is decreasing day by day due to the easy availability of sugar, but at one time molasses was more prevalent in making all sweet foods.20200729_17262301.jpeg
