Ulog#288 Wednesdaywalk at the City of Pines

This is the new balcony that was recently opened,

Here are some trees beside the mall, I hope that the one in the left didn't die because of this extension.

Here's a view of our Central Business District.

If you look straight ahead that's City Hall. I walked from SM going there. I also met my girlfriend half way.

On top of Session Road in the Rotonda, they made a bear out of plants. They made that for the upcoming Panagbenga(Flower) festival which will be held at the end of March. I can't wait for all the plants to flower and see how beautiful that bear gets. Kudos to the person who thougt of that design.

This is our Central Business District in our City. This part is called Session road. It's the busiest street in our City. In my whole life here, there was never a time that this street was empty.

This is the building that you'll see at lower session road/ down town. It is called Maharlika Livelihood Complex. There are a lot of stores inside that building. A lot of tourists buy their souvenirs/pasalubong here.

The building in the left side is Abanao Square and at the right side is still Maharlika. If you walk up that street int the middle, it will lead you to the Public Market.

We finally reached our destination, Our City hall is just beside the main police station.

Our City was declared a charted City on September 1, 1909

That was where I came from

This was where we had to get our documents. They finally changed their system and gave us numbers. I remember when I got that document before we had to line up and move to the next chair until we reached the counter. They finally made it systematic so you should just wait for your number to appear in the screen and when your number appears you should go the counter. The only drawback was that you needed to be attentive looking at the screen, other than that the process was smooth.

We passed Burnham Park going back to SM

This is where you can ride a Jeepney going to Aurora Hill. This road is called Harrison road. They close half of the lane during the night for the Night Market.

Before going back to SM we stopped at McDonalds session road to get a snack. I got a Caramel Sundae and enjoyed eating it

We Finally reached our destination. It was surely a fun day and we even got to exercise with the walk
