Actually, I just happened to record this contest. Sometimes I have fun applying one of the filters to my photos.
The original photo shows a boy on the sea shore. The result is more like graffiti or comics.
I used Painnt from http://moonlighting.io as a tool.

Nice and plain edit work you have here...the paint feature isn't a bad idea. Please add the original photo in youth next entry.
