Where is happiness? My own thinking

Intro

Happiness is the most invisible thing we find from birth to death. None of us can deny that no one seeks happiness in life. How many of us do nothing in the hope of a little happiness! That means we all expect happiness. Happiness requires luck. However, there is a proverb in Bengali, "Happiness is not tolerated in everyone's forehead".

The definition of happiness in my opinion

The word happiness depends entirely on the needs of the individual. So happiness varies from person to person. Many of us are happy when our basic needs of food, clothing, and shelter are met. Again, many are happy if they maintain good health. Again they are happy when someone's needs are met. If one can leave one's country and go somewhere else, one finds happiness. Again, many people leave other countries and actually find happiness in their own country. So it means that happiness depends on our needs and happiness varies from person to person.

So I think the definition of happiness is-

Happiness is the name of being satisfied with getting a little. That is, to be satisfied with what we have is called happiness.

Again there is an expansion of expression in Bengali language. Which is: "Real happiness is not in suffering, but in giving up".

Then it means that happiness depends on our needs. The more we can control the demand, the happier we will be. But the real context is quite the opposite. Because our needs are immense. At the individual level, I am no exception. So we do not find the word happiness in our heart. Because our needs are out of control. When one of our needs is met, another needs are automatically created, and if those needs are not met, we become frustrated or unhappy. So to be happy, we need to control our needs.

Where I seek my happiness

Like everyone else, I seek my happiness. But I think my happiness exists in my family. Honestly every time I see my family everyone is smiling and I am able to have a good time with everyone in my family. Then I feel happy. Especially when I see my parents and my child smiling, I feel happy. Besides, like everyone else, when my needs are met, I feel very happy. But to be honest, my demand is not as high as everyone else's. I try to be content with the little things most of the time. Although it is not always possible. Even then I make small efforts.

I am Md. Kawsar Hasan. I am Bangladeshi and proud to introduce myself as a Bangladeshi because I love my country so much. Because this is my motherland. I am engaged in the teaching profession. When I can teach my students something new, I have a different feeling. I also like to learn and do something new every day, I like to mingle with new people and like to learn something new. I always think of myself as a student of nature. Because we have a lot to learn from nature. I just try small to learn. I love to travel. A lot can be learned from nature through travel. Love to learn and write. I have been trying to write since I was a child and that is why I often fall behind in writing. I try to respect people. I think if you respect someone, your self-esteem does not decrease but increases.

Happiness is indeed being aware you are satisfied and it comes like a hot flash and leaves in the same way.
