You may remember that I had this FAR too large grey bedspread on the single in the front room
I just went to Goodwill of N Ga about 7 mi from here.
I used to shop there a lot (GW in general, not that store specifically)
Today I went in search of something more suited for that room, and found this:

Spread and two pillow shams for just under $13.
While waiting in line, I saw this,

and since I've been looking for a better cold weather jacket, I bought it.

Hi @stevenson7 That is not my bedroom, mine is at the back of the house, with an extremely high ceiling.
That room is a spare, that I hope to rent out to help me with my costs.

Looks like you hit the jackpot there! Our Goodwill stores have become quite overpriced, which is frustrating.

I generally prefer the Salvation Army Thrift store, they have much better quality stuff, better atmosphere etc, but nowhere NEAR the quantity that GW has.

When I was at the SA store last week, their prices had generally risen noticeably.
I was rather pleased with this visit to GW @scribblingramma Thanks for stopping by 💚
