Hive Creative Contest | Festival Week - Christmas time / Tiempo de Navidad

For this week our friend @zord189 invites us to talk about our festival times or the party that we like the most of the year.

Well let me tell you that we have a deeply rooted tradition that we carry with us wherever we go and that is Christmas.

For us, Christmas is more than just new clothes, yes, we buy new clothes to release on December 24 and 31. We make a special dinner to get together as a family and share. during the month of December there is a special atmosphere of love, sharing, happiness, joy, companionship and all those good feelings that emerge during this holiday.

Many like to open their Christmas decorations since October, but actually it bores me to have that decoration in the house for so long. For me, Christmas begins on December 21, when the spirit of Christmas arrives. So that night we eat our first Hallas, long awaited throughout the year.

Many think that Christmas is only for children, I believe that the Decembrina season is for everyone who wants to get involved in this party. My family helps me decorate, prepare food, buy gifts for the children and even exchange gifts that we do among those present.

The table is also dressed up on December 21, 24 and 31 to receive the special dishes prepared for that party. The Hallacas, the chicken salad, the ham bread and the baked leg are the dishes that are prepared for Christmas and Good Night and for the 31st we prepare pasticho, Russian salad, ham bread and a rich chocolate cake.

The spirit of Christmas should last throughout the year because they are feelings of love for all people, we should have more weekly meetings with family and friends and share with them more often

Para esta semana nuestro amigo @zord189 nos invita a que hablemos de nuestros tiempos de festival o la fiesta que mas nos gusta en el año.

Pues déjenme contarles que nosotros tenemos una tradición muy arraigada que llevamos con nosotros donde nos vayamos y esa es la Navidad.

Para nosotros la Navidad es algo mas que estrenar ropa nueva, si, nos compramos ropa nueva para estrenar el 24 y el 31 de Diciembre. Hacemos una cena especial para reunirnos en familia y compartir. durante el mes de Diciembre hay un ambiente especial de amor,compartir, felicidad, alegría, compañerismo y todos esos buenos sentimientos que afloran durante esta festividad.

A muchos les gusta abrir su decoración navideña desde Octubre, pero a mi en realidad me aburre tener tanto tiempo esa decoración en la casa. Para mi la navidad comienza el 21 de Diciembre, cuando llega el espíritu de la Navidad. Entonces esa noche nos comemos nuestras primeras hallacas, tan esperadas durante todo el año.

Muchos piensan que la Navidad es solo para los niños, yo creo que la época Decembrina es para todo el que se quiera involucrar en esta fiesta. Mi familia me ayuda en la decoración, en la elaboración de la comida, en la compra de regalos para los niños y hasta en un intercambio de regalos que hacemos entre los presentes.

La mesa también se viste de gala el 21, 24 y 31 de Diciembre para recibir los platos especiales elaborados para esa fiesta. Las hallacas, la ensalada de gallina, el pan de jamón y el pernil al horno son los platillos que se preparan para noche buena y navidad y para el 31 preparamos pasticho, ensalada rusa, pan de jamón y una rica torta de chocolate.

El espíritu de la navidad debería durar todo el año porque son sentimientos de amor hacia todas las personas, deberíamos hacer mas reuniones semanales con familiares y amigos y compartir con ellos mas seguido.
