A Healthy Mindset can do a Lot || Change Yourself

Hello Friends,

Only a healthy mindset can keep us active all the time. Because a healthy brain not only ensures a healthy mindset, but also plays a role in preventing all kinds of immoral thoughts and actions. And a person is considered healthy only when he is physically and mentally healthy.

Considering the present time, the most important thing is to ensure your alert position and to be in the midst of all kinds of security measures. Although most people in our society are very indifferent to this. In fact, they do not want to understand that it is possible to keep the family healthy if they are healthy. I don't know what kind of mentality they are making themselves and their family insecure.

In fact, this time is just a difficult test for the whole world and for mankind, and we have no choice but to pass this test. Because considering the current situation we are forced to stay in the middle of the house, there is a lockdown going on in the middle of the city. However, a new decision has been taken to keep limited public transport in the city corporation areas of our country. Yet we must always try to keep ourselves safe and socially secure.

However, this situation can be worse for those of us who are forced to stay in the middle of the house if we do not try a little to keep our mental health right. Because of staying at home all the time can create a monotonous attitude. And in this case, your mental instability may increase, as well as you may feel paralyzed, these are not unusual. Rather, in the light of reality, these or similar attitudes may be formed.

The thing to consider is that in such an attitude or situation our anxiety and worry will increase rapidly and we will move towards a more unhealthy mentality. This can make us more mentally ill and ineffective. So at this time if we can be alert and aware of certain things, if we can adhere to certain things, then of course it will be possible to ensure the mental health of ourselves.

Yes, there is no way to deny that we can't do everything at home, there must be some limitations between us. But still if we are a little sincere and make an effort, I think in some cases we will be able to change our mental state. However, let’s focus on a few specific topics.

Think of enjoying the whole time with family, without confining yourself to yourself. Try to enjoy the time with everyone differently. Because on normal days you may not be able to get close to all the family members, you may not be able to pay proper attention to them, but the present time has given you that opportunity, so try to use the time sincerely with them.

It will be easier if you divide the time, it will be easier to use the whole time of the day. Spend some time with yourself, especially as you spend time with family members. Stay online, keep in touch with everyone you know, keep up to date with the outside environment, and stay up to date with what's going on. If necessary, listen to music, watch movies and read excellent books or articles through online.

But one thing to keep in mind is that you should not stop walking. Stay at home and spend the whole day not just sitting, but try to exercise at least a little. Although many people say that you can't exercise at home, you don't have that opportunity. But I do not agree with this point. Because with a little effort, everything happens, such as walking while talking on the phone, or occasionally standing and listening to music. The bottom line is that you can't sit in a certain place for long.

It is true that staying at home and keeping yourself fully fit and ensuring mental well-being is not an easy task. But it is also true that our sincere efforts can make everything possible. Remember that as long as you can keep yourself fit and healthy, you will have the opportunity to do something good for you & your family.

Timely and relevant topic - and I was just discussing the "mindset" with @owasco. And telling her about a physician who teaches the power of the mind to heal.

"Doctors can't 'fix' people who don't want to recover; they don't fix, but facilitate our own ability to repair"
Intentional medicine – shifting the focus of healthcare | Libby McGugan ...

via
@YouTube

"What are we really focused on in healthcare? In this talk Dr McGugan will explore how shifting the focus at all levels of the health system – patients, medical staff, NHS and media – could have a profound impact on health.

"Dr. McGugan has been an NHS emergency medicine consultant for nine years, with experience in air retrieval and field hospital medicine. She is now interested in a broader approach to healthcare and has a number of research projects in development with the University of Strathclyde. She is also a writer and is presently working on a non-fiction book, Intentional Medicine: Shifting the Focus in Healthcare, and was nominated for best newcomer in last year’s British Fantasy Awards for the science-based fiction thriller, The Eidolon."

Exactly! When we take a med that masks our symptoms, we are scrambling the language of the body so that we can no longer listen to ourselves.

Good point - Because with a little effort, everything happens, such as walking while talking on the phone, or occasionally standing and listening to music.

I stand, rather than sit, at the pc, which is on the kitchen countertop. Gotta remember to keep stretching and bending to keep the knees from locking up. Gotta watch "forward head posture" and strain on the neck. I read while on the treadmill. Sitting is the new smoking, some say.

Thanks for this, hafizullah!
