It works very well and gives a lot of flavor to the food this way, once they are frozen I take them out of the ice cubes and place them in a large container to avoid the freezer smelling of onions, for example xD.

I figured that you had to do something like that. Thats what I used to do to ensure that my lemon cubes didn't taste like garlic or onion.. haha.
