En esta oportunidad quiero hablarles sobre mi experiencia usando la DApp PeakD, deseo hablar sobre ella porque yo era muy reacia a usar esta Frontend, siempre veía a las personas hablando maravillas sobre ella, sin embargo no me veía suficientemente motivada a usarla, tal vez por miedo al cambio o por la costumbre de usar otra frontend con la que ya estaba familiarizada, el punto es que yo no terminaba de sentirme cómoda con la idea de usar PeakD.

Seguía escuchando que esta DApp era muy útil para hacer que nuestra actividad de blogueo se volviera más organizada y efectiva, decidí probarla y luego de algunas idas y venidas, algo típico en todo nuevo usuario acostumbrado a otra interfaz, hoy debo confesar que me he vuelto una fiel usuaria.

In this opportunity I want to talk about my experience using the DApp PeakD, I want to talk about it because I was very reluctant to use this frontend, I always saw people talking about it, however, I did not see myself sufficiently motivated to use it, perhaps by fear of change or by the habit of using another frontend with which I was already familiar, the point is that I was not comfortable with the idea of using PeakD.

I kept hearing that this DApp was very useful to make our blogging activity more organized and effective, I decided to try it and after some comings and goings, something typical in every new user used to another interface, today I must confess that I have become a faithful user.

PeakD posee muchas funciones que nos permiten organizarnos mejor a la hora de crear contenido, lo cual hace que la gestión de la actividad de blogueo sea menos laboriosa y logremos ser más eficientes. Además esta DApp genera datos que nos ayudan a generar métricas de nuestro blog, lo cual es un aspecto muy importante para el manejo de toda red social.

A continuación te muestro las cinco funciones que más me gustan de PeakD. Mis favoritas son:

PeakD has many features that allow us to be better organized when creating content, making the management of blogging activity less laborious and more efficient. In addition, this DApp generates data that helps us generate metrics for our blog, which is a very important aspect for the management of any social network.

Below I show you the five functions that I like the most about PeakD. My favorites are:

• Programación de Publicaciones. Considero que esta es una de las funciones que me generan más bienestar al usar esta frontend, pues esto me da la garantía de que puedo publicar mi contenido independientemente si tengo algún imprevisto que me lo impida. Solo basta con organizarme bien, crear mis publicaciones y programar.

Schedule a Post. I consider this to be one of the functions that generate the most well-being when using this frontend, since it gives me the guarantee that I can publish my content independently if I have any unforeseen event that prevents me from doing so. All I need to do is get organized, create my publications, and program them.

• Creación de Plantillas. Esto es genial para blogguers como yo , a quienes nos gusta mostrar contenido variado. Así puedo tener mi plantilla para cada tipo de contenido,de este modo no debo editar el formato cada vez que entro a redactar mi publicación.

Templates. This is great for blogguers like me, who like to show varied content. This way I can have my own template for each type of content, so I don't have to edit the format every time I come in to write my post.

• Función para delegar. En mis inicios en la blockchain algo que nunca entendí fue por qué debía usar una página fuera de mi blog para delegar o retirar delegaciones. Desde PeakD ambos procesos son completamente fáciles de realizar.

• Herramientas. Como te comenté anteriormente una las geniales funciones de PeakD es aquella que esta relacionada a los datos que proporciona. Chequeando en Tools tendrás acceso a mucha información respecto al manejo de tu cuenta, con gráficos que muestran datos como tus recompensas por curación y de autor, el crecimiento de tu cuenta, los votos que das y recibes, respuestas y comentarios. Todas estas métricas son de gran utilidad para medir la efectividad de tu blog y planificar estrategias para hacerlo crecer.

Tools. As I told you before, one of the great functions of PeakD is the one related to the data it provides. Checking in Tools you will have access to a lot of information regarding the management of your account, with graphics that show data like your healing and author rewards, the growth of your account, the votes you give and receive, answers and comments. All these metrics are very useful to measure the effectiveness of your blog and plan strategies to make it grow.

• Propinas. Esta función la he empezado a usar recientemente, pero me parece una buena forma de generar otro tipo de interación con los demás Hivers. Te mostraré un pequeño tutorial sobre cómo dar propinas desde PeakD.

• Aparecerá una pantalla, donde seleccionarás la cantidad de HIVE o HBD que deseas dar como propina y le darás click en Confirm, toma en cuenta que un 1% será enviado a la cuenta null.
