Yes, we're quite early in the space still... and I believe the best way to grow the entire community with actual contributors (rather than just cash grabbers) is to take the niche community route like LeoFinance has done. If we can build a number of specialized sub-communities each with 5,000-10,000 dedicated and engaged users, I think that will serve the greater picture well, in time. StemGeeks, NaturalMedicine, Foodies, CreativeCoin, SportsTalk and others are all ripe for truly developing their own unique identities... beyond being "just another tag we use." The new HivePets could easily create their own subculture; there are lots of other niches, both filled and unfilled.
