Trust we all need it, we all love it and show it to our loved ones. Trust can relate to many different areas: Other people: You can trust someone else. This means, for example, that you trust that the other person will stick to the agreements or support you when you need help. But also trust in your body your self worth and self as a person and a whole.

When your trust is breached, try to find faith, remain faithful that all will be ok and trust will return. Trust is a human growth hormon and without it life wouldn’t be worth living.

Great post! I agree; without trust there would be no friendships or even marriages - it is that important in maintaining a relationship.
I think that if we didn't have the ability to trust others, then we likely wouldn't have the ability to see through those folks who are not trustworthy as well.
I trust my inner radar to try to see through people. But indeed life is built on trust from the moment we are born, but it’s taken advantage of way to many times.

Through the years I learned to trust my gut instincts. Usually I trust people when I first meet them. But if someone breaks my trust it's difficult for me to just forgive and forget.
As the saying goes, "you can't change a leopard's spots," and it's true especially when it comes to relationships.
On the other hand, if you have my trust I will do everything to uphold it with the utmost respect!

Ironically enough, I am having that very same conversation with one of my son's. He has abused my trust enough that he has lost it (I call it "crying wolf", because he understands that). Now if he wants access to any of the benefits of living in the house (his mobile phone, access to the internet, use of the game systems, etc), he needs to start showing me improvement and his homework. He hates it. It's a struggle, but it's one of the consequences of having lost trust.
I so can relate , with 4 kids its hard, but we need to learn them trust in a big way because they need it in life and we need it to get through life with kids hahahah
